Yes. Meet & greet can be requested during booking where available — we can meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Share your flight number when you book so we can plan the collection.

Applicable road tolls are only mentioned when they form part of your quoted fare. Dublin Airport journeys include the M1 toll allowance on both pickup and drop-off legs. Ordinary Northern Ireland address-to-address journeys do not add separate toll charges.

Yes — choose Return on the quote form. Where an instant online price is shown, a 5% discount applies to the combined fare. Each leg shows its own inclusions (for example drop-off fee outbound and pickup fee plus airport waiting on the return).

Get your fixed price online. Eligible Saloon and Estate bookings can be confirmed securely by card via SumUp. Short-notice pickups may need Owner availability confirmation before payment. Cash or bank transfer can be arranged where agreed.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. A no-show after the complimentary waiting period and reasonable contact attempts is also non-refundable. If My Airport Taxi NI cancels a confirmed booking and cannot provide the journey, you will receive a full refund. These terms do not affect any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded. This booking is for passenger transport on a specific date and time. The statutory cooling-off right that applies to some other distance contracts does not apply to this booking. More than 24 hours before pickup you can request one free date/time change (same pickup and destination), subject to availability, via Manage Your Booking. Within 24 hours, changes cannot be made automatically — contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help. Changing a booking does not avoid the cancellation policy. Saved quotes are not bookings: changing the date on a saved quote recalculates the fare.

Your fixed price depends on the journey. Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting, plus Dublin Airport pickup/parking (£5) and M1 tolls where they apply, or City of Derry Airport pickup (£2.50) where charged. Airport drop-offs: City of Derry Airport drop-off (£1) where charged; Dublin Airport drop-off fee is £0 (M1 tolls still apply). Belfast International and Belfast City use Express / free-area options where offered. Address-to-address: fixed price for your journey with 10 minutes complimentary waiting at non-airport pickups.

Yes. City of Derry Airport (LDY) transfers are between LDY and the greater Belfast area (for example Belfast, Bangor, Lisburn and surrounds). Select City of Derry Airport in the quote tool — pickup (£2.50) or drop-off (£1) is included in your fixed fare where it applies.

Yes. Dublin Airport keeps a live online quote where eligible. Other Republic of Ireland city destinations, and some out-of-area pickups, use a tailored fixed-quote request — no automatic price or immediate payment until confirmed.

Child seats and boosters can be requested when you book, but availability is not guaranteed. Ask in advance so we can check. If a legally required child seat cannot be provided, we may be unable to carry the journey.

On travel day we email you when your driver is on the way. Your driver may share their live location with you via WhatsApp when appropriate. We do not use a website live-tracking page.

All prices on this website are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP), including cross-border journeys unless we agree otherwise in writing before you travel.
